Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Once the booking is confirmed, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is required. The balance is to be paid 14 days prior to the tour date. If the booking is made within 14 days of the tour date, the full amount is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the tour date will result in a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the tour date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. In the event of a no-show, no refund will be given.
Liability
We shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss of any kind, sustained by any person while on tour, unless such injury, damage or loss is caused by our negligence.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK.
