Safety Measures We are closely monitoring guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO) and local health authorities to ensure that we are following the latest recommendations. We have implemented enhanced cleaning and sanitization protocols in all of our facilities to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. We have implemented social distancing measures, including reducing capacity in our vehicles and limiting the number of guests on our tours. All staff and guests are required to wear face coverings. We have implemented a contactless check-in and payment process.
Cancellation Policy We understand that the situation with COVID-19 may cause uncertainty and we are committed to being flexible with our customers. For bookings made prior to 12 weeks before your booking, we will allow customers to cancel or reschedule their booking up to 4 weeks before their scheduled tour date without penalty. For bookings made within 12 weeks, our standard cancellation policy will apply.
